These Terms govern access to and use of the Miter platform operated by BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC (“Miter”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Miter produces marketing strategy documents and campaign assets from product URLs and publicly available market data. Plans (Operator, Studio, Pilot) are contracted individually — typically via a strategy call and invoice — at the prices published on the website unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You retain all rights to the inputs you submit. Upon full payment, you own the strategy documents and assets generated for you. We may process your inputs solely to provide the service; we do not use them to train AI models.
Miter grounds its output in sourced data and flags unverifiable claims, but all generated strategy and copy are drafts for your professional review. You are responsible for legal and regulatory review of any material you publish or run as advertising — including claim substantiation and platform ad policies.
You may not use the service to create deceptive, unlawful or infringing marketing material, to research or target individuals, or to circumvent the access controls of third-party services. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including advertising spend or lost profits.
Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing period. Upon termination we delete or return your data within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
