BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC (“Miter”, “we”, “us”) operates the Miter AI marketing strategy platform at usemiterai.com. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have under applicable data-protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Account data: name and e-mail address, processed by our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign in.
Run inputs & outputs: the product URLs you submit and the strategy documents and assets generated from them. Research data gathered during a run (public product pages, ads, reviews) may incidentally contain personal data published by third parties; we process it solely to produce your strategy output.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure for security and operations.

We process data to provide the service (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to secure and operate our infrastructure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)), and to communicate with you about the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Sub-processors

Where personal data leaves the EU, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.

5. Retention

Run data is retained for the life of your engagement and deleted or returned within 30 days of termination, unless a longer period is legally required. Security logs are kept for a limited period.

6. Your Rights
